The ordering process here is refreshingly straightforward. Customers can choose to order through a convenient kiosk, reducing wait times significantly. On my visit, a mere ten minutes after placing my order, I was enjoying my meal, which speaks volumes about the efficiency of the staff. However, the service experienced varying degrees of warmth; while many customers have reported friendly interactions, others have noted occasional lapses in enthusiasm, demonstrating that consistency in customer service could be an area for improvement.
Completing the experience, the drink menu offers a delightful range, including draft root beer made with real Louisiana cane sugar and organic iced tea brewed fresh daily. These refreshing libations pair beautifully with any meal, ensuring you remain quenched and satisfied.

This is my 2nd visit in Shake Shack - Chapel Hill this year, and my first time ordering using the mobile app for take out. I ordered the Black Truffle Burger again but this time, with double patties & cheery peppers. I'm not interested in Shake Shack's other burgers - they just seem ordinary to me. The Black Truffle Burger is the real deal and the #1 reason I will keep returning to Shake Shack. The #2 reason is the Thai Iced Tea Shake, which is now my new favorite milkshake. The Thai tea flavor combined with the creaminess of milkshake and whip cream is just super delicious, and the amount is just right. I also ordered the Black Truffle Crinkle fries. Personally, I'm not a big fan of crinkle-cut fries, but the dust of parmesan cheese and the yummy truffle sauce make these fries extra special. This Shake Shack has a nice outdoor area, and it looks pretty casual to eat there. It was a busy Saturday lunch time but I was aboe to find parking. The only issue I had this time was the attitude of the employee who brought me my order when I came to pick it up. It seemed that she wasn't happy to serve. You can tell that Chick Fil'A still has superior customer service. Other than that, I thought the mobile app was easy to use, and the order was available to pick up within 10 min. Would definitely use the app again to order next time. Overall Score: 4.6/5

This location was clean with friendly staff. I loved being able to order at a kiosk. Our food came out correct and quickly. Everyone enjoyed their selection, even the kids (6 & 4 yo). The mid-meal checkup by staff making sure we were set was nice.

This Shake Shack location provides excellent service. The staff is attentive and anticipates needs, a rarity these days. I'm extremely pleased with the team and highly recommend a visit.

The overall experience is good. I think the mushroom burger is better than the beef one. Friendly to vegetarians. Waited for 15-20min after order. Sitting outside is great if the weather is lovely.

It’s finally available at Chapel Hill. The easiest way to order is to use the kiosk and you will get your meal with in 10 minutes. It was the first time for me with Shake Shack. I enjoyed the burger even it was a little bit smaller than I thought.

I had a great time here with some of my military buddies who tried Shake Shack for the first time. The burgers, fries and Vanilla bean shake were great. I am just wondering why they haven't opened up a Shake Shack bear Greenville NC.

Spotted this place looking for food. Open until 10PM much later compared to other places. I got the chicken sandwich and damn it was good! The chicken was juicy and crisp. Perfect amount of sauce. The sauce was notable. And nice crunchy pickle slices. Freaking delicious and filling. The strawberry shake was thick and delicious. Chris got the burger and the black and white shake- malted. We shared fries. Food: 10/10. Con: It's cold!

Definitely will be back again ! You can order on Kiosk or at register. First of all the restaurant is new and clean and nice inside. Secondly, they have a nice patio area for you to eat at and they'll bring your order out to you if you do dine in. I got mine Togo and the food was hot and fresh and the fries have good crunch to them...almost like a tater tot. I didn't get a shake but I got a blood orange lemonade and it was delicious. I will be back for sure. I also think they serve wine!
